Sambros International was established in 2002 with the name of Emar-e-Sarey Construction Company (ESCC) extended as Sambros International in 2009 registered from Miami The United States of America. Due to the wide range of quality and timely construction and other services SI offered, the company rapidly expanded and became one of the most well reputed group of companies in the region.

2009
As a majority of the construction materials, equipment, and machinery have been imported from outside the country, SI's higher management made a decision in 2009 to establish project support units in some of the countries, i.e., US, UK, UAE, and Turkey to facilitate the supply of the construction and other required materials for our contracts. Concurrently, the company name was changed to Sambros International to reflect the company's long term commitment for being a recognized international firm. Currently Sambros International is registered with the Afghanistan Investment Support Agency (AISA), Afghan Ministries, US government, UK government, and UAE government.< Our sub-offices have been playing an important role to source the necessary materials, tools and equipment to accomplish the assigned contracts on-time and within budget allocated. Note that sensible improvements have taken place since then and the company's performance has been improved significantly. As stated in the Introduction, SI had successfully delivered quality logistic and construction services to our valuable clients, i.e., US Army Corps of Engineers, USAID, UNAMA, UNOPS, PRT's, and Afghan Government during the past decades. Some of our past/on-going projects show the company's capabilities of implementing medium-to-large scale logistic and construction contracts with stringent specifications and have been referenced in the experience sheets provided in this document. We at Sambros International have mastered the requirements imposed by different clients from the bidding process to the project handover. Unfortunately, lack of security has been one of the potential threats in some parts of the country which can interrupt the construction process at any time and any stage of work. To avoid concerns arising from security and to provide a safe working environment to our personnel, we at Sambros International maintain close working relationships with tribal leaders and other influential figures in the project area in order to gain local support and can employ local skilled and unskilled labors. This allows us to decrease the high unemployment rate in villages and remote areas of Afghanistan and also helps reduce the overall cost of the project by reducing the transportation, mobilization and other costs associated to skilled and or unskilled non-local labors. Consequently, even in extremely unsecured areas of Afghanistan, we have been able to accomplish the assigned duties/activates on time and according to the national and international standards and those introduced by the client(s). This is what sets us a part of our competitors. It is worth mentioning that our achievements are mainly due to the professional and highly qualified personnel who are working day and night to offer you the quality construction and logistic services that you deserve.
